soup loaded with porcini, morels, chanterelle and more. Sherry to make it smooth.
Scare your friends.
“Mummy-dogs” — giant pigs in a blanket. Eyes, nose
and mouth. All wrapped up in pastry.
Braised short ribs of beef — kind of looks really bony. Scary
too.
“Black Eyes” — black eyed peas, cooked low and
slow with herbs.
Swamp Spinach — sauteed with garlic, herbs and secret scary
spices.
Meringue “Bones” for dessert along with
“Bobbin for apples” — our house-dipped caramel and chocolate
apples.
