Nifty Spring and Summer menu ideas

Idea is the whole point; as you know we can do just about everything with a kitchen full of CIA grads and Certified Executive Chefs. The sky’s the limit, but here are some ideas that I think are just swell for the season.... The prices are not set in stone, what with food prices fluctuating.
